About Morgan
Morgan is an integrative nutrition graduate turned wholesome habits coach who is passionate about switching the focus from losing weight to gaining health and happiness. She believes that food is life's greatest pleasure that should be enjoyed and not a source of stress or guilt.
After her own struggles with food intolerances, body image issues and a poor relationship with food Morgan has made it her mission to help other women repair their relationship with food and their own bodies through a compassionate and empowering approach to coaching.
