I’m so excited about today’s episode. I am interviewing my dear friend and client Lucy-Anne Lewis about her body acceptance journey, the mindset shifts it required and some tips and tools to help you get started on your body acceptance journey too!
About Lucy-Anne
Lucy is a fat babe, a rebel and a body acceptance coach. She's both a qualified counsellor and qualified life coach. She is anti-diet, and pro self-love. Her mission is to help women accept their bodies so that they can be more confident and live their joy.
After spending far too much of her life trying to change her body, and being afraid to take up space in the world and follow her own joy, she thought she might try accepting her body instead, and it changed her life.
Lucy no longer spends time worrying about her body, or letting it hold her back from life. Instead, she follows her joy every single day, because there is nothing wrong with her body. And she wants you to know that there is nothing wrong with your body either.
Lucy is also a Mum to a firecracker 5 year old named Tilly, married to her best friend, and they live in the Perth Hills together with their Sausage Dog Kransky, rescue cat Buffy and new addition, Popcorn the axolotl.
